Refund & Cancellation Policy

Returns
- We have a 14 day return policy, these 14 days will begin the day of which you receive the item
- To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition that it was received, unused / unworn, with tags and inside its original packaging.

- Products can be returned for any reason within the 14 days
- Any return postage must be paid by the buyer
- Single cards must be sent back in the same condition as sent out
- Sealed products and accessories must be sent back sealed and in their original packaging 

- Single cards not returned in the same condition as sent out will incur a fee, this will vary depending on the condition of the card we receive back
- Single cards which may have drastically changed in value for reasons such as, reprints or forbidden & limited lists, will be eligible, however, will incur a fee and a refund of the new value of the card will be sent

- Items not eligible for a return include, mystery boxes and single use items such as online codes and redeemable items

Cancellations & Amendments

- If you need to cancel or amend an order, please contact tjscardsandgames@gmail.com in order to do so.
- If an order has been dispatched, it will not be eligible for a cancellation 

- Any amendments made to an order may result in slight delays to the shipping but this shouldn't be too serious

International Returns
- Please note on any order that is returned due to an unpaid customs fee, incorrect address or not being accepted, we will not be refunding the postage cost, only the cost of the products
